Yes, appointments are required. They enable us to give you our undivided attention and allow full access to all the gowns and accessories within the salon. Appointments are scheduled for ninety minutes and are available Tuesday through Saturday.
We recommend bringing two to three family members or friends whose opinions you trust and whose input you value. If you are bringing a large group or need special assistance for any reason, please let us know ahead of time so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Bring any pictures or inspiration boards of dresses/ideas you love or would like to try. We ask that all brides come wearing undergarments that reflect what you may be wearing on your wedding day, such as strapless bra, Spanx, etc. Nude colors are best. Remember that the bridal consultant will be helping you in and out of the gowns, so wear undergarments that you are comfortable in.
Our samples range in size from a size 8 to a size 22. We appreciate that the sample dress may not fit perfectly, but we do have some tricks and tools to better help you envision how the dress will look.
Our dresses range in price from $1500- $5000. Should you have a question about the price of a specific gown, please feel free to give us a call.
We always have a select number of discontinued sample gowns available to purchase at a discounted price
All the dresses in our salon are sample dresses. Once you have chosen your dress, we will take your measurements and compare them to the designer’s size chart. Then, we will discuss with you which size to order. Please anticipate alterations for a perfect fit.
It is a good idea to start shopping early because your wedding dress may take as long as 4-6 months to arrive. Starting your dress shopping at least 11 months ahead of your big day will allow plenty of time for shipping and alterations -- if you do get a late start, not to worry, as several of our designers do offer rush orders for a fee.
We require payment in full for your beautiful new bridal dress when we place your order. We will not place your order until we’ve received full payment (credit card). Please note that all purchases are final; we cannot accept cancellations or returns on any dress.
We offer in-house alterations and recommend scheduling them through us about eight weeks before your wedding day. Unfortunately, we do not offer alterations for brides who purchased their gowns at another salon but can provide you with the names of our trusted seamstresses.
We do not, but we can always provide recommendations.
Since we are a small salon, when you book an appointment with us, you are booking a space that is now no longer available for another bride. We appreciate you giving us a quick call or email at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment.
We do not carry a designer’s entire collection. However, if there is a specific dress that you are looking for, please give us a call to see if we have it. We may obtain the dress on loan for your appointment if it is available. A non-refundable $75.00 fee (per dress) is required to obtain the dress for you.
