Do I need an appointment to visit the salon?

Yes — our salon is by appointment only. This ensures each bride enjoys an intimate, personalized experience with our full attention. Appointments are 90 minutes and available Tuesday through Saturday, giving you plenty of time to explore our collection of gowns and accessories in a private, relaxed setting. We encourage booking early, as our calendar tends to fill quickly.

Can I bring guests?

We encourage you to bring two to three loved ones whose opinions you trust most. A smaller group allows the focus to stay on you and how you feel in each gown, making the experience more meaningful and relaxed. If you’d like to bring a larger party or need special accommodations, please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure everything is comfortable for you and your guests.

What do I need for my appointment?

Inspiration is always welcome — whether it’s photos you’ve saved, a Pinterest board, or simply a feeling you want to capture. Nude-toned undergarments you’re comfortable in are best, as your stylist will assist you in and out of gowns. Heels aren’t necessary — we want you to move with ease and focus on the emotions each gown evokes. Most of all, bring an open mind — many brides find themselves falling in love with a gown they never expected.

What sizes are your sample gowns?

Our sample gowns range from size 8 to size 22, offering a variety of silhouettes to try on during your appointment. While samples may not fit exactly, please don’t let that be a worry — it’s completely normal. Our stylists are experienced in using clips, panels, and creative styling techniques to help you envision the gown in your size. The focus of your appointment is not the fit of the sample, but how you feel in the gown — and we’re here to ensure you feel confident, beautiful, and supported every step of the way.

What is the price range of your wedding dresses?

Our designer wedding gowns range from $1,500 to $8,000, with most between $2,000 and $6,000. We’ll help guide you toward options that align with your budget and vision.

Can I buy a dress off the rack?

We have a limited selection of gowns available off the rack. Please contact us for current availability

How does the special-order process work?

Once you’ve found your gown, we’ll take your measurements and compare them to the designer’s size chart to determine the best size to order. All wedding dresses are made to order, and alterations are expected to ensure a perfect fit.

How long will it take for my dress to arrive?

Most wedding dresses take 4–6 months to arrive, so we recommend starting your dress shopping about 11 months before your wedding. This allows time for delivery and alterations. If you’re on a shorter timeline, many of our designers offer rush orders for an additional fee.

How do I pay for my dress?

Once you’ve found the one, payment in full is required at the time of order, and we accept all major credit cards. Because our wedding gowns and accessories are special ordered, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please also anticipate alterations for a perfect fit.

Do you offer alterations?

Alterations are not provided in-house, but we’ll guide you every step of the way. We maintain a trusted list of talented local seamstresses, including our top recommended expert, as well as others our brides have loved. When you pick up your gown, we’ll walk you through the adjustments it may need so you feel confident heading into your fittings.

Do you carry dresses for bridesmaids, mothers, or flower girls?

Our salon is dedicated exclusively to designer bridal gowns, so we don’t carry dresses for bridesmaids, mothers, or flower girls. For tuxedos, we proudly recommend Alton Lane, who we work closely with to ensure a seamless experience. For other attire, we’re always happy to share thoughtful recommendations to help your loved ones find what they need.

Is there a cancellation policy?

As a small, appointment-only salon, each booking reserves a private space and stylist. We require a card on file, and a $50 fee applies if appointments are not canceled at least one hour in advance.

Can I try on a specific dress I've seen online?

While we don’t carry every gown from each designer’s full collection, we may be able to request a specific style for your appointment. If the dress is available, we can bring it in on loan for a $75 non-refundable fee per gown. Please give us a call to check availability — we’ll do our best to make it possible for you to see the dress you’ve been dreaming about.
